Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Since our products are custom-made, there is no need to return the product. Custom-made products are made specifically for the customer. This means we have no use for the product. The customer may keep the product or do whatever he or she deems necessary with regard to that product.
Since we do not require that the item be returned to us, we do require that the customer email us a picture of the purchased item to us so that we may verify the damage or defect of the item.
Once we have verified that the item has been damaged or that there is a defect, the customer does have the option to have the item replaced at no cost to them. We will reorder the product and ship it at no cost, but this is only after we have verified that the item is damaged or has a defect.
If the customer does not want the item replaced and opts for the refund, we will gladly do this too, but only after verification that the item has been damaged or is defective.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The returned item must be in good condition, otherwise it will be rejected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Since the products are custom-made, we don't require that the item be returned. This means no shipping cost is involved.
