I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
Our products are shipped by our suppliers so it depends. If the product is in stock, we normally process the order within 7 business days from the date of your order, but sometimes it can take longer. Once your order is shipped, our supplier will notify us and send us the tracking link. If you do not receive your tracking information from us within 10 business days of your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It can take 7 business days for your product to arrive or it can take longer. Our on time delivery can be up to 60 days; so please be patient. Your tracking link should help you stay on top of where your product is.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5-10 business days; except Christmas holidays; which can take longer.), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If you have not received a confirmation email with that 5-7 day period, kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email has been sent.

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, (wrong product, defective, etc), please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have proof that the product arrived damaged, you have two options. You can send the product back to us and we will replace the product, but you will have to pay for return shipping fee or keep the product and agree to a refund. WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER? HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Firstly, All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
WHY PAY SHIPPING?
Our final rate, for those products that include shipping, the shipping cost is pretty low in comparison to the usual marketplace. :)
